What Is Spume (SPUME)?

The Spume Protocol is an end-to-end transactional layer that facilitates payment infrastructure for physical and digital non-fungible token assets on the Ethereum blockchain. The Spume Protocol will enable anyone to build branded and personalized NFT marketplaces complete with on-chain payment processors while being able to tokenize both physical and digital assets. These can include but are not limited to: digital/physical art and real estate, intellectual property and its licensing, patents, and luxury goods. This opens the Spume Protocol up to all specific industries and allows users to conduct tokenized asset finance efficiently and efficiently. Spume sees a future where branding is scalable via distribution channel partners, thus allowing brands/influencers/gaming ecosystems and other industries to implement end-to-end customized & branded non-fungible asset commerce.

The SPUME utility token powers the Spume ecosystem in the following ways: Revenue Sharing: Holders of the SPUME Token will have all marketplace revenue in the form of 0-5% of transaction fees be distributed to them prorated to how many tokens they hold

Staking: Users that stake SPUME will have a chance to earn additional tokens via the given APY while also becoming eligible to vote on platform features through the Spume voting portal

Ecosystem-Wide Fee Discount: Fees paid with SPUME across any partner platform including the Spume Marketplace, will be eligible for a discount based on the amount of tokens held within a user wallet

Spume DAO: SPUME will power the Spume DAO which will be the governing body that will facilitate all Spume Protocol, Marketplace and all Partner Platform development/ operation beyond 2022

NFT Marketplace Aggregator: The Spume Marketplace is powered by the Spume Protocol. It is a marketplace aggregator that collectively aggregates all tokenized asset and branded NFT marketplaces built using the Protocol itself (3rd party integrations).

Multi-Asset NFT Trading: The Spume Marketplace can trade any type of tokenized asset on the platform; both natively and via 3rd party integrations. Initially, the marketplace will support digital collectibles/art trading natively.

Multi-Chain Compatible and Cross Chain Enabled: The Spume Marketplace will provide support for all EVM enabled blockchains - beginning with Ethereum including cross chain NFT trading.

Instantaneous Royalties: All payments are done in an instantaneous manner upon the sale and/or use of the respective NFT. Royalties where the applicable are paid in the native currency specified by the owner.

Community Governed and Owned: The native marketplace is owned by the community, based on the distribution of the Spume utility token. Balanced governance will allow holders to both vote and put forth proposals to be voted by the community in a fair and equitable manner.

Proprietary Asset Valuation System: A true valuation system that combines fiat banking with meaningful tools to collateralize NFT's. This is accomplished by working with art, data and brand value appraisers(IP rights) to create a seamless valuation process.

How Many Spume tokens Are There in Circulation?

The spume token is an ERC-20 token with a total supply of 100 million and 18 decimal places. The token is an implementation of Open Zeppelin’s standard ERC-20 token, with the addition of their snapshot class. There will be 15 million Spume tokens in circulation out of the 100 million.

Who Are the Founders of Spume?

The founders of Spume are Kenny Patel, Zevin Clark, Silas Marvin, and Beauregard Moody.

Kenny Patel is a serial entrepreneur with over 20+ ventures in different industries under his belt, he is a relentless force in social media and influencer marketing. Kenny was a partner in Project Rumor, one of the largest influencer houses in Belair. Bringing a fresh yet disciplined approach to growth hacking and digital marketing.

Zevin Clark is a young, but experienced serial-entrepreneur having been involved in four successful start-up companies in the last five years. Zevin has had experience in raising over a million dollars for companies that he's helped found and/or partner with.

Silas Marvin leads everything with technology; with a Bachelors in Computer Science, Silas has been involved with Crypto for the last 2 years studying and developing in all of the most prominent languages and frameworks. Before working with Spume he worked as a consultant for Crypto Investment funds looking for a better understanding in the technology behind their investments. An expert in solidity, javascript, and graphql, Silas is the driving force behind our platform.

Beauregard is in charge of the overall direction of Spume and provides advisement in all aspects of the project. Over the last five years, he has been involved in managerial roles in four major blockchain projects on Cardano, Ethereum, and Bitcoin. Some of his roles have included: Head of Marketing, Compliance Director, and CEO. With a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Pepperdine University, his speciality remains in guiding Spume through the complicated and ever-changing area of regulation and compliance on a global level.

Currently, as of 07/19/22, Spume is only available to purchase through the Sphere Launchpad (spheresxs.com (http://spheresxs.com/)) starting on 07/26/22. Other launchpad entrances will be available around the same time; these listings will be found on our website: spume.io (http://spume.io/). Spume will soon be listed on a top five centralized exchange and then proceed to be listed on multiple other top centralized and decentralized exchanges.
